Famously known as the Jagat Ambika Mata Temple is located some few kms away from Udaipur. The goddess of this temple is considered as the kuldevi of many families including the famous politician actress Kangana Ranaut. The goddess is considered the incarnation of Goddess Durga. The Ambika Mata temple has a lot of mythological sculptures that are engraved on the walls and it gives a serene, beautiful and spiritual feeling to the temple and its premises.

This Ambika mata temple has carvings of inscriptions which date back from the 10th century. When visiting the temple, you can see beautiful crafted sculptures of gods and goddesses, dancers and other people. The temple wall also has carvings that are related to th hindu culture. The Ambika Mata temple is constructed in the form that has five sides and has 17 turrets. Since the temple is dedicated to a goddess, you can see all the forms of goddesses carved on the temple walls and in the interior of the walls.

There are three deities of goddesses who are worshipped in the temple and they are namely Brahmani, Lakshmi and Durga. They are considered and worshipped as goddesses of Power. The Ambika mata temple is built in a small area and does not have any other shrine located next to it. If you are someone who loves to explore the architecture of the temples and know more about the type of architecture that is used in the construction, then this place is the best sight you can come to visit and explore.

Ambika mata is the kuldevi of the actor politician Kangana Ranaut’s family. Whenever she comes to Udaipur, she makes it a point to go and worship the goddess praying for good health and prosperity for her family and herself. There are many pictures online that show her visiting Udaipur and heading towards Jagat. The last time she was in Udaipur with her family, the whole family had gone to visit their kuldevi and pay homage to her.

Khatu Shyam Mandir

A Khatu Shyam mandir  that is built to pay homage and pilgrimage to a param bhakt of Shri Krishna and is indirectly related to the Dwapar yug when the Mahabharat was taking place.

Moti Dungri Ganesh Ji Temple

This Mandir is located at the bottom base of the pearl mountain (Moti Dungri). The idol of ganesh ji is a sindoor coloured idol with the trunk on the left side.

Dwarkadheesh Temple

This is a temple that is situated in the Kankroli village of Rajsamand which is 65 kms away from Udaipur. This temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna.
